Our stay at this resort was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, we were welcomed with warmth and made some great friends among the staff, especially Jorge Luis, who made our mornings special. The location is beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a lively beach. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The service at check-in was painfully slow, and we faced issues with room assignments that took away from our overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was stunning with an absolutely beautiful beach and well-manicured gardens. The outdoor staff really made the experience enjoyable, being friendly and engaging throughout our stay. However, I had significant issues with the cleanliness of my room, which completely detracted from my experience. Overall, while the amenities were promising, the cleanliness and quality of some food options were disappointing.
My stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing! From the warm welcome to the attentive service, I felt like royalty throughout my visit. The beach was stunning, and the pools were fantastic. However, I did notice a slight humidity issue in the room due to the design of the bathroom, which could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a great value for money and I can't wait to come back!

We had an unforgettable time at the Majestic Elegance, celebrating our 14th year visiting the Dominican Republic. The adults-only section made our stay special, and our butler Alphonso paid attention to every detail, making us feel welcomed. However, we did notice some cleanliness issues in other reviews, which could be a concern for first-timers. Overall, it was a mix of outstanding service and some inconsistent experiences.
